We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our UI Architecture team at Pegasystems. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive frontend architecture strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance on architectural principles, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of frontend applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and open-source frameworks, and evaluate their potential impact on our architecture.
  • Develop and maintain an architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment between business needs and architecture standards.
  • Ensure the UI is accessible, highly performant, and adheres to the latest industry trends.
  • Communicate complex architectural concepts and frameworks to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 15 to 20+ years of experience in defining architecture strategies.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning and execution, with a strong background in software architecture, web technologies, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to articulate and translate architectural concepts to various audiences.
  • Experience with deployments and maintenance of front-end applications in cloud environments.
  • Thorough understanding of Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Test Automation, Build Automation, and their role in enabling rapid delivery of working code.
