Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and drive the strategic direction for our service offerings, aligning with company goals, market trends, and customer needs to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Service Offering Development: Lead the development and optimization of our service offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to define, develop, and launch new offerings and enhance existing ones.

- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience (5 years) in product management, marketing, or business development roles within the software industry, with a focus on defining, developing, and managing service offerings.
- Deep Understanding: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise software solutions, and market dynamics, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Strong Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable strategies and plans.
- Excellent Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business impact and delivering measurable results.
