Company Overview:

The Freeman School of Business at Tulane University is seeking a Program Manager to join the Schwartz Family Center for Experiential Business Learning.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per annum, based on industry standards in New Orleans, LA.

Job Description:

The Program Manager will provide comprehensive administrative support to the faculty Director, Project Manager for Experiential Learning, the Assistant Dean of Corporate Relations, and other faculty members engaged in experiential learning projects. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating events, communications, inputting and organizing data using various software platforms (Microsoft Office applications, Handshake, Qualtrics, Concur, and SARS), and facilitating smooth daily operations of the Center's strategic initiatives and programming.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus two years of directly related work experience or High School Diploma/equivalent plus eight years of directly related work experience.
