Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned District Growth Manager to drive and support new and existing business opportunities for our Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions divisions with investor-owned utilities, cooperative utilities, and relevant state-wide energy agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Driving and supporting new and existing business opportunities specifically for our Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions divisions
  • Successfully build, manage, and execute multiple client pursuit and capture strategies within a multi-disciplined matrixed organization
  • Build, execute, and maintain a commercially viable time-phased sales funnel that achieves the business objectives of each Business Area and the Sector
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) + years of successful internal and external relationship management activities
  • Experienced at network development and expansion
  • Ability to operate successfully and lead in an environment with competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in engineering, finance, or business, or an MBA or other advanced degree would be beneficial. Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is also a plus.
