About Us

The Mint Dispensary, established in Arizona in 2016, is a state-licensed medical cannabis provider dedicated to patient care and affordability. Our growth trajectory has been fueled by our unwavering commitment to our core values, patients, and the community, leading to the successful launch of our second commercial indoor cultivation facility in 2018.

As a result of our consistent delivery of high-quality products, we have expanded to six locations in Arizona, seven in Michigan, and a new store in Missouri. We are looking to enhance our team to support our ongoing growth and operational needs.

Position Overview

Mint Cannabis is in search of a personable and motivated Dispensary Host. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on customer interaction and can remain on their feet for extended periods. As a Dispensary Host, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.

Our perfect candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to their role daily. They should be motivated by teamwork, personal growth, and the joy of making every customer feel valued. This position is best suited for someone who sees each day as a chance to spread positivity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engagement and Hospitality:
    • Develop and oversee program plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings.
    • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Queue Management:
    • Distribute preroll cards and address inquiries during peak times.
  • Utilization of Technology:
    • Effectively manage patient information and updates using the Host iPad.
    • Meet stakeholder expectations and address their needs.
  • Welcoming Presence:
    • Greet customers with warmth and friendliness.
  • Customer Assistance:
    • Guide customers in the lobby to the appropriate lines for Online Orders or Walk-Ins.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Recognize the strengths of our budtenders to direct patients to the best fit for their needs.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Must be at least 21 years old.
    • Preferred minimum of 1 year in hosting, hospitality, or greeting roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
    • Capability to stand for extended periods.
    • Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
    • Basic proficiency with iPads or similar devices.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
