Role Overview

The Cannabis Retail Specialist plays a crucial role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey. This involves educating them about the benefits and potential effects of different products while delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate purchases in compliance with state regulations, all while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, guests, and colleagues.
  • Exhibit empathy and understanding towards patients.
  • Provide an elevated customer experience through superior service standards and product knowledge.
  • Assist management with returns according to company policies.
  • Efficiently prepare and process patient orders.
  • Adhere to Trulieve policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Address any product or device-related inquiries from customers.
  • Document customer feedback and concerns accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Responsibilities

As a Delivery Associate, you may also be responsible for:
  • Verifying product accuracy against delivery manifests.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
  • Maintaining records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Processing orders through the POS system during deliveries.
  • Securing cash and products in designated storage.
  • Inspecting delivery vehicles and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Gathering customer feedback and addressing any issues.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Cash handling experience is required.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout the facility and interact with customers.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
