About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting patients in acquiring medical cannabis, educating them about strains, effects, and different modalities of medicating with medical cannabis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet prospective, new, and returning patients in a welcoming and knowledgeable manner.
  • Assist and educate patients in selecting the right medicine and products for their needs.
  • Provide patients with a comprehensive overview of currently available medical cannabis products and specials.
  • Input and access patient records, confirm identity and eligibility to purchase.
  • Receive payment and record procurement in the Dispensary Management System.
  • Provide patients with all necessary printed information materials.
  • Assist dispensary managers with product inventory audits.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent patient service and people skills.
  • Experience working with electronic records is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple tasks, and prioritize work.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn software.
