About Us:

We are a prominent nationwide architectural firm specializing in commercial projects. We are currently in search of a talented Architectural Project Manager who possesses experience in Revit and/or CAD. If you are passionate about architecture and looking for a fulfilling role, we encourage you to explore this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects or a single account with dedication and focus.
  • Review and refine construction plans as per client requests.
  • Supervise the work of assistant project managers and drafting personnel.
  • Oversee drafting processes, review shop drawings, and respond to RFIs.
  • Evaluate and estimate project costs for labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor the progress of all construction phases to ensure compliance with building plans and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication with clients, vendors, consultants, and construction teams.
  • Research and ensure compliance with local and state building codes.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Conduct site surveys as necessary.
  • Manage team dynamics and oversee time card approvals in a timely manner.
  • Assist with various tasks as assigned by senior management.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager in a professional setting.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Retail Architecture is essential.
  • Ability to interpret construction data, engineering calculations, and architectural drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong 3D design capabilities; familiarity with SketchUp, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
  • Experience in drafting retail or commercial construction documents is preferred.
  • Excellent time management and people management skills, with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
