We are seeking an experienced and friendly Dispensary Host to join our team. As a Dispensary Host, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement and Hospitality
    • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings.
    • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
    • Ensure all projects within the program are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Queue Management
    • Distribute preroll cards and answer any questions if there is a long line.
  • Utilize the Host iPad
    • Efficiently use the iPad to manage patient information and updates.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met.
  • Bubbly Welcoming Personality
    • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Customer Guidance
    • Assist customers in the lobby by directing them to the appropriate line for Online Orders or Walk-Ins.
  • Team Coordination
    • Understand the strengths of our budtenders to guide patients to the most suitable person for their needs.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience
    • Must be 21 years of age
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in hosting, hospitality, greeter (Preferred)
  • Skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Friendly and outgoing personality.
    • Basic proficiency with using an iPad or similar devices.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
