Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Team Lead to join our team in Mesa, AZ. As a Retail Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the dispensary's operations run smoothly and professionally, maintaining quality customer service, and participating in ongoing education and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Responsible for opening and closing of the dispensary as needed, ensuring the dispensary's operations run smoothly and professionally.
  • Customer Service: Maintains quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling patient inquiries and complaints.
  • Product Knowledge: Assists patients with choosing the right products according to their needs, verifies patient's allotment, and ensures they have the allotment necessary for their purchase.
  • Team Management: Supervises and delegates tasks to team members, ensures all necessary breaks and lunches are given, and communicates team concerns to the Assistant Store Manager and/or Store Manager.
  • Store Maintenance: Organizes and displays products neatly to maximize sales, ensures proper store signage is maintained at all times, and ensures the quality and freshness of all products.
  • Training and Development: Assists in training associates on store operations, products, policies, and procedures, and participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed.
Requirements:
  • A flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekend availability to meet the needs of the business.
  • Applicant must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Applicant must consent to a criminal background check.
  • Valid Arizona Identification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (3+ hours).
  • Ability to operate a computer, POS/register system, keyboards, and scanners.
