Job Title: Full-Time Lead Registration/Scheduling

Job Summary:

Tower Imaging Valencia LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Time Lead Registration/Scheduling professional to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and ensuring seamless registration and scheduling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient registration, verifying insurance information, and collecting payments as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling, ensuring accurate and efficient appointment management.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager to develop and implement effective scheduling strategies.
  • Train and supervise front office staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and office operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of medical terminology and computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Meditech.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
