Job Summary

Shockwave Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line and geography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales by providing and supporting product and technical information to customers
  • Accurately process customer transactions, including orders and quotes
  • Educate customers about product features and benefits to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales trends and product performance results
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Provide detailed expense reports using the Concur system
  • Attend industry trade shows and provide support to the Warehouse team
  • Regularly report to the Country Manager on territory, customer, and market performance
  • Assist in developing the fiscal annual forecast and sales budget

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English
  • Experience in the medical device market, particularly in interventional peripheral and coronary
  • Excellent communication skills and convincing personality
  • High willingness to travel
  • Strong commercial execution background
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of in-country sales channels and medical device market situation
