Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee showroom administration to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Interact with clients and colleagues utilizing excellent interpersonal abilities
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and maintain professional presentation while providing superior client service
  • Manage administrative duties, documentation, inventory control, and end-of-day reconciliation
  • Efficiently address inquiries, process orders, and manage internal inventory and repair requests
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within the administrative areas of the showroom
  • Handle phone inquiries and deliver outstanding client interactions
  • Complete necessary e-learning modules and adhere to the company dress code
