About the Role
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts in the TOLA region, developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating relationships with distributors, installers, and other stakeholders. You will also work closely with our internal team to support the success of your territory.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Cultivating new and lasting relationships with local and national installers
  • Developing and expanding relationships with existing distribution partners and end users
  • Creating, implementing, and executing a strategic, regionally focused sales plan
  • Motivating our distributor's sales organizations to increase their share of IronRidge as a percentage of sale
