Elite Pro Fitness is seeking an experienced Fitness Director to lead our team and drive business growth.

About the Role

The Fitness Director will oversee all aspects of club operations, including gym management, staff supervision, and customer service. This role requires a strong passion for fitness, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the fitness industry.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, programs, and industry trends is essential.

The Fitness Director will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure the club operates smoothly and efficiently;
  • Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the facility and equipment;
  • Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance;
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency;
  • Fostering a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration;
  • Driving sales and achieving revenue targets;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members and guests;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives;

What We Offer
