Position Summary:
The Senior Associate for Brand Experience (BE) serves as the primary point of contact for media communications related to assigned brands. This role encompasses precise budget management and the seamless flow of digital media initiatives. The Senior Associate collaborates across various internal teams, vendors, and clients to craft and implement comprehensive multi-channel media strategies. They are instrumental in formulating innovative approaches to achieve and surpass client business goals while providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of digital media planning options and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate budget oversight and maintain the flow of media activities, providing clients with regular updates.
  • Exhibit a robust understanding of online media principles, including media mathematics, target audience development, and communication objectives (reach/frequency).
  • Demonstrate proficiency with relevant systems and tools (e.g., MRI, Media Tools, ComScore).
  • Collect and analyze pertinent research to deliver sound, strategic, consumer insights-driven digital media recommendations.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with partner agencies, facilitating a smooth communication process.
  • Show creativity and adaptability in problem-solving scenarios.
  • Prepare position papers and points of view on significant client matters and opportunities.
  • Draft media authorizations in accordance with approved plans and project requests.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in media planning and familiarity with media tools.
  • Knowledge of competitive systems (e.g., AdViews/Kantar).
  • Working knowledge of syndicated research tools (e.g., MRI, Comscore).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating professionalism and strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Curious, motivated, and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
