Job Summary:

The Cruise Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cruise program, including managing site managers and field staff, overseeing vehicle fleet maintenance, and coordinating with cruise ship partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate tour site operations, including scheduling, logistics, and staff management
  • Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and ensure all necessary records are up-to-date
  • Develop and implement emergency response procedures for the office and field staff
  • Support sales efforts, including answering phone calls and emails from guests, and facilitating bookings
  • Coordinate with the expedition department to balance LT/cruise staffing
  • Assist with phone reception and client care efforts, including pre-trip emails and post-trip follow-ups
Requirements:
  • 21 years old
  • Prior experience in the cruise industry or tourism preferred
  • Excellent organizational and management skills
  • Strong computer and database skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Class B CDL or willingness to acquire
Benefits:

Winter Season:
  • Primary functions include hiring for summer season, creation and management of cruise allocations, and expedition sales
