Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ATV Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ATV tour program in Haines, Alaska. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests, while also managing a team of guides and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of guides in delivering safe and enjoyable ATV tours to our guests
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the ATV tour program, including scheduling, logistics, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Develop and implement training programs for guides
- Collaborate with the Haines Program Manager and other team members to achieve program goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
- Manage the ATV fleet and ensure all vehicles are properly maintained
- Assist with other duties as required, including driving vehicles, cleaning and maintaining gear, and participating in road maintenance and repair
- At least 21 years old
- Prior ATV tour facilitation and/or management experience
- Prior guiding experience, preferably in Alaska
- Experience managing a group of 4-12 employees
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Possess or be able to attain a Class B CDL with passenger and airbrakes endorsements within first month of employment
- Camping and/or vehicle housing at our warehouse yard in Haines available on a case-by-case basis
- Nominal fee for housing
