Hotel Front Desk Associate

As an Overnight Guest Service Manager at Bartell Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. This includes acting as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty, performing all audit procedures, balancing cash receipts, and preparing the front office for the next shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience a plus.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
