Position Overview
This role is focused on providing essential support within the Undergraduate Services department. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in connecting students with academic resources and ensuring a seamless experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison to facilitate access to academic services for the university community.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Communicating CTL policies and procedures effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating appointments and information exchange between tutors and students.
  • Utilizing the internal scheduling system to manage appointments efficiently.
  • Upholding the confidentiality of student information.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Providing support for services both in-person and through online platforms.
  • Maintaining the organization and functionality of CTL locations.
  • Executing additional duties as assigned by the department.

Requirements for Consideration
Candidates should be prepared to meet the following expectations:

  • Availability for a flexible work schedule of 10-25 hours per week.
  • Participation in pre-semester training sessions.
  • Attendance at weekly training meetings during the semester.
  • Enrollment in a minimum of 6 credit hours in a degree program at the university.

Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with a work-study award, but all applicants are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with computer systems and public interaction.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
