Company Overview:
ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Financial Operations Coordinator to support the fiscal management of fire service training initiatives.

Compensation:
$60 per hour; paid weekly.

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold financial reporting frameworks.
- Provide guidance and technical support to various departments.
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements.
- Oversee budget preparation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Review and process all financial disbursements, inventory records, and purchase requests.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts associated with funded programs and resident accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports for the Youth Services Center as necessary.
- Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Exercise budgetary controls by reviewing and approving financial obligations and expenditures.
- Collaborate with the Department Director on office services, personnel management, payroll, and budget oversight.
- Provide expert advice on budget-related matters, assessing the implications of commission agenda items.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in project management, program analysis, budgeting, and/or finance.
