Job Title: Landscape Sales and Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Landscape Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Adkore/Megaforce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Kansas City metropolitan area and at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Design and implement hardscape and landscape solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Extensive background in landscaping with specific hardscape experience
  • Proven track record of business development and sales success
  • Strong design and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
