Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or customer service role
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Strong passion for the insurance industry and its role in helping individuals manage risk and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make presentations to potential clients and effectively communicate complex information
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable
  • Property and Casualty license, as well as Life and Health license, are required and must be obtainable
