Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer orders and processing them in our inventory management system

Support in Procurement

  • Managing technical product groups to ensure efficient and effective inventory management
  • Procuring technical spare parts to meet customer demands and drive sales growth
  • Industry-specific vocational training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a friendly and professional telephone presence
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and conduct productive customer conversations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
