Territory Director of Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Director of Business Development to join our team at Alturas Analytics, Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with preclinical and clinical organizations to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and expand our customer base.
- Prospect and qualify new accounts and business opportunities to identify potential clients for our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with our client services team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a business, science, or related field, and 8+ years of directly related experience in sales or business development.
- Proven track record of success in building relationships with clients and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including preclinical and clinical operations, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
