About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Director of Business Development to join our team at Alturas Analytics, Inc. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including preclinical and clinical organizations
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to close deals
  • Collaborate with our Client Services Team to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, science, or related field, and 8+ years of directly related experience in comparable sales/business development positions
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with clients and a proven success rate in supporting business development activities
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical development, R&D, preclinical and clinical operations, and Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and regulations governing the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
