The Operations Support Specialist III plays a crucial role in enhancing the strategic functions of the District by managing a variety of responsibilities. These include organizing meetings and work schedules, creating and maintaining documentation, collaborating with both internal and external partners, nurturing vendor relationships, and assisting in budget formulation. Success in this role is achieved through outstanding time management, effective communication skills, teamwork, and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related discipline;
- Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or a related discipline, AND
- Two (2) years of operational support experience;
- Four (4) years of operational support experience.
- Washington State Driver's License.
