We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Representative to drive business growth in our client's microwave-assisted synthesis, digestion, FTIR, and Raman spectroscopy product lines within the territory of TX, OK, AR, and LA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage new accounts, as well as effectively manage existing relationships.
- Present to various audiences, including C-suite executives, production and lab managers, and technicians.
- Qualify opportunities, develop and present proposals, and close business.
- Travel up to 50-60% for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical sales, with a strong preference for analytical instruments sales.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a natural sciences or engineering is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
What We Offer:
- Base salary range: $81,000 to $91,700/year.
- Uncapped commission plan with monthly payments from day one, including bonuses for exceeding targets.
- Full benefits, profit sharing contribution to your 401k, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
- Sign on bonus opportunity.
