Job Description

As a spiritual care coordinator, you will be responsible for providing spiritual support and guidance that honors the patient's beliefs and values. You'll work closely with patients and their families to understand their needs and provide personalized care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

">
  • ">
  • A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care">
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field. Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred">
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required. Experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying">
  • Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively">
