To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree from a speech and hearing program certified by the American Speech and Hearing Association. You must also be licensed and certified as a Speech Therapist, issued by the state in which you will work. A minimum of one year of healthcare experience is required, as well as a commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting. Self-management skills are essential for this position. A current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations are also necessary. Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software is also required.
