Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at West Villa Animal Hospital in Kearney, Nebraska.

About Us: As a well-established, progressive, fast-paced 3 doctor small animal hospital, we offer comprehensive care to our patients including Wellness and Emergency examinations and care, Surgery, Urgent Care, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body radiology, Ultrasonography. Your Role: As a Part Time Veterinary Receptionist, you will be responsible for maintaining the visual appeal of the hospital reception area, greeting and welcoming clients and patients, answering questions and triaging client concerns, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate party for resolution, scheduling appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, checking in and checking out clients and processing payments.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a Receptionist with a minimum of 1 year veterinary experience, be compassionate, calm, and possess excellent communication skills. You must also be highly organized and possess computer skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
