About the Role

We are seeking a skilled RN House Supervisor to join our team at BryanLGH Medical Center. As a member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and that our staff is supported in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff members and coordinate patient placement and staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding patient information and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.


Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nebraska.
  • At least two (2) years of charge nurse experience preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in critical care nursing preferred.
  • ACLS and BCLS certification required.
  • PALS certification within 1 year of employment.


Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including bonuses, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
