At Bryan Health, we are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider-Hospitalist to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care and coordinating collaborative care for acutely ill patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support, contribute to performance improvement activities, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished APRN/NP or PA-C with a strong background in acute care settings. The ideal candidate will possess a graduate degree from an accredited institution, current licensure in Nebraska, and relevant certifications such as ANCC or AANP (APRN/NP) or NCCPA (PA-C). Additionally, DEA licensure is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborative Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including documentation, communication with patients and families, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Performance Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices that enhance patient care and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Certifications: BLS (CPR) certification, ACLS certification, NIHSS certification
  • Education and Licensure: Graduate degree from an accredited institution, current licensure in Nebraska, relevant certifications (APRN/NP: ANCC or AANP, PA-C: NCCPA)
  • Experience: 2+ years of APP experience in an acute care setting (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
