Human Resources Generalist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support our HR department with various tasks and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
  • Develop and participate in employee engagement activities to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful workplace.
  • Manage various aspects of human resources functions, including payroll processing and data collection.
  • Handle employee issues related to discipline, benefits, attendance, and other HR-related matters.
  • Utilize Paylocity for HR-related tasks and ensure seamless integration with our HR systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in interviewing and recruitment processes, with a strong understanding of employment labor laws.
  • Familiarity with human resources management practices, including payroll systems and data collection methods.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management strategies and the ability to work with Paylocity or similar HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct professional presentations.
  • Willingness to adapt schedule to work-related requirements and community involvement activities.
