About the Human Resources Generalist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's talent and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and screen potential employees to ensure a strong fit for our company culture
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with enrolling employees in compensation and benefits programs
  • Utilize our HRIS system to track employee records and maintain accurate data
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain a positive organizational culture
  • Review and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction metrics to inform HR initiatives
  • Handle labor relations, including compliance with laws and regulations, and working with unions as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with a major payroll software
  • Strong communication and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees and maintain a positive, professional demeanor

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team at Creative Financial Staffing.

Location:

This position is 100% onsite located in North Liberty, Indiana.
