Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-established distribution company in Manchester, CT, looking to hire a Human Resource Manager. The company is seeking a Human Resource Manager who excels at employee engagement, talent development, and driving cultural initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
About the Opportunity as a Human Resource Manager:
- Fully onsite role in a collaborative office setting.
- 40-hour work week with some flexibility in start times.
- Directly report to the Director of Operations, who values innovation in HR practices.
- Competitive salary: $80-100K, depending on experience.

Duties of the Human Resource Manager:

- Create and update HR policies to align with organizational goals and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Act as the go-to resource for employees, addressing concerns related to benefits, performance, and workplace issues.
- Partner with leadership to implement new strategies for organizational development and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications of the Human Resource Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (HR certification a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement, training, and performance management.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, essential for a Human Resource Manager.
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives that align with company culture and goals.
