About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Exide Technologies. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the employee experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, including pre-screening applications, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire paperwork. Provide a warm welcome to new employees through comprehensive onboarding programs.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, including training, coaching, and mentoring programs. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee growth and development.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining accurate employee records, processing HR-related paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Benefits and Compliance: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between employees, management, and the HR team. Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong decision-making skills.
