Relationship Development Professional

This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who excels in relationship building and customer advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain open communication channels between clients, customers, and our Client Services Team.
  • Establish and nurture long-lasting business relationships with clients.
  • Accurately document client contact information and submit sales orders to Senior Client Services Representatives.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Utilize product knowledge to upsell products and services as needed, supporting the sales team in new client acquisitions.
  • Deliver an individualized purchasing experience and exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and installation scheduling.
  • Work closely with fellow Client Services Representatives and other Customer Service and Sales team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • You must be people-oriented, passionate about building relationships, and possess a charismatic and personable demeanor.
  • You should be results-driven, self-motivated, and practice active listening and empathy.
  • You will take initiative in resolving unexpected challenges and providing solutions-oriented approaches.
Estimated Salary:

$52,500 - $72,750 per year
