About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Executive to join our team at Workday. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling add-on products to the Office of the CFO and CHRO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and close Workday add-on deals
  • Manage full sales cycles, from initial contact to closing
  • Own revenue number and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with aligned Enterprise Field Account Executive and RSD to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new deals, ensuring a consistent flow of sales opportunities
  • Develop and articulate the Workday value proposition to mid and C-level decision-makers
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Prior experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales closing role, with a proven track record of relationship building, deal negotiations, and territory planning
  • Preferred 2+ years of inside or outside sales experience, ideally in enterprise software
