Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Associate to join our team at Brooks International.
About the Role:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and leads through strategic outbound calling and relationship-building. You will work closely with our Managing Partners to develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into clients. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and work with Managing Partners to develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into clients
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the economic landscape of assigned territories
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to convert prospects into clients
- Support due-diligence analytics and navigate account expansion opportunities
- Maintain data integrity of assigned territories and ensure CRM database is accurate and up-to-date
- Meet daily call expectations and routine statistic requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- 1-3 years success in inside sales as a lead generator utilizing a strategic outbound calling approach
- Intellectual curiosity, passion for business, professionalism, positive attitude, and strong desire for feedback
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, work under pressure, and seek direction and improve skills required for the role and career growth
