Orthopedic Clinic Operations Manager

At The Center for Orthopedic and Research E, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Clinic Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of medical assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and effective clinic operations.
- Assist with supervising clinical staff, including training and mentoring new hires.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and reconciliation.
- Perform monthly inventory of medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and medications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a medical practice or clinic, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Normal office environment.
- Some travel within the community.
Physical/Mental Demands:
- Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment.
- Some bending and stretching are required.
- Manual dexterity using a calculator and computer keyboard.
