Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate patient visits and anticipate patient needs to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Support healthcare providers by coordinating complex appointment schedules and daily activities.
  • Obtain and verify patient demographics and medical insurance information.
  • Schedule and reschedule tests and consults requests from various communication channels.
  • Perform administrative duties such as processing ABN forms and insurance verification.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience.
  • Computer skills, including Windows-based applications and intranet/internet use.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedules in response to department or clinical needs.
