Position Summary

The Strategic Influence, Deception, and Perception Management Activities Officer will serve as a contractor, providing essential support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Sensitive Activities & Special Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategies and plans related to Department of Defense (DoD) influence, deception, and perception management operations.
  • Support leadership in overseeing governance, including conducting staff assistance visits and compliance evaluations for DoD operations and activities.
  • Develop and coordinate documentation that includes sensitive requirements for leadership to facilitate DoD influence and perception management efforts.
  • Create and distribute comprehensive reports and presentations detailing DoD operations and activities for Congressional and Senior Executive Branch review.

Education and Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in policy development or analysis within the Department of Defense, with relevant fields including assessments, operational requirements, or planning.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in policy development, oversight of Activities Staff Officer programs, or resource requirements within the DoD.
  • At least 3 years of experience in influence, information operations, or deception roles within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
