Job Summary

This role will support Bully Pulpit International's global, day-to-day IT operations and will be based in its DC Headquarters. The Senior IT Specialist will report to BPI's IT Director and be a key member of the Operations Team, supported by a Managed Services Provider for Level 1 IT Support.

The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of office technology, providing support for BPI employees and contractors worldwide, and shaping the IT infrastructure directly.

This role will be an integral part of our developing global IT infrastructure and maintaining a strict security posture. BPI is a Mac-dominated hybrid environment that leverages Entra ID and various SaaS software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the smooth operation of office technology
  • Provide support for BPI employees and contractors worldwide
  • Shape the IT infrastructure directly
  • Maintain a strict security posture

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of IT Helpdesk experience using a ticketing system
  • Expertise in Apple computer troubleshooting
  • Jamf Pro device management experience
  • Experience in managing and troubleshooting AV Conferencing technology
  • Experience in supporting an evolving SaaS tool techstack
  • Office 365, Entra ID, Gmail Workspace, and Slack administration experience
  • Zoom, Dropbox, and Netsuite admin experience is a plus
  • Basic network management skills
  • Experience with SOC 2 and/or NIST compliance requirements
  • Outstanding project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of clients, executives, and team members
  • Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation and tutorials
  • Self-motivated and can work independently while triaging tickets of varying priority
  • Experience in automating onboarding and offboarding employee tool access
