Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Charter Senior Living. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing leadership in our continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all hotel operations, including training staff, guest champion, and service recovery to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Assist in staffing and processing paperwork for new hires, review employees' performance, and handle personnel actions, including disciplinary measures.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, providing supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, and evaluations.
  • Recruit, interview, and train associates.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience as an AGM, Hotel Manager, or equivalent.
  • Strong people leadership skills.
  • F&B background.
  • Local market experience is highly beneficial.
  • Hilton brand experience is strongly preferred.
