Job Title: Vice President, Division Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Division Manager to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our mortgage division and supervising personnel and their workflow, ensuring high morale, excellent customer service, and maximum volume and profits.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop branch staff to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including originating, FHA/VA/CONV loans, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow branch business and improve profitability.
  • Participate in company-wide strategic planning and set goals and objectives that align with our customer service standards.
  • Interview, test, and hire new branch associates, conduct new hire orientation, performance planning, and reviews, and handle disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Provide coaching and promote a professional team effort, and support problem-solving by creating an interface with lenders, division escrow coordinators, design centers, and sales agents.
  • Handle issues with borrowers, sales consultants, and team members, and function as a liaison between Homebuilder and Mortgage Division.
  • Lead and direct processing and Home Loan Advisors in the implementation of new programs and systems, delegate and review workflow, and oversee the origination of mortgage loan transactions for Division's homebuyers.
  • Perform pre-qualifications on prospective homebuyers, take mortgage loan applications for homebuyers who have signed a purchase contract, and communicate loan status updates to all necessary parties.
  • Work with Mortgage Division to monitor lender programs and requirements, attend homebuilding division sales meetings, represent Mortgage Division at builder grand openings and previews as requested, and attend status meetings and special functions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years as a branch manager.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of application and processing experience or equivalent mortgage background.
  • Current knowledge of closing and title requirements.
  • Current knowledge of loan processing and automated underwriting systems.
  • Current knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA/FHA/VA and industry underwriting guidelines.
  • Current knowledge of self-employed borrowers, partnership, and corporation tax return analysis.
  • Strong computer background with 2-3 years of experience in mortgage software and working knowledge of Word for Windows and Excel.
  • Strong mortgage operations background.
  • Valid driver's license and transportation.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $179,125.00 - $242,827, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors. This position may be eligible for bonuses and commissions. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible savings accounts, 401(k) matching, and more.
