Job Title: Construction Division Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Division Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and overseeing the execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement construction strategies and processes to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of construction experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience with project management software and tools
