Job Title: Construction Division Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Division Supervisor to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Portland / Vancouver. As a key member of our Construction department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and overseeing the execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Project Managers in the execution of construction projects
  • Develop and implement business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in construction, restoration, or remodeling
  • 3+ years of experience in people management, including performance review, career growth, and mentorship
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
