At Shriners Children's, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team.

Job Overview

Shriners Children's is a world-renowned pediatric medical center, providing specialized care to children with burn, orthopedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and other complex conditions. As a Patient Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and their families, providing support and guidance throughout their journey.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and perform pre-registration and registration of new and existing patients
  • Provide patients with information regarding access to external financial resources
  • Support patients with scheduling and provider-related questions
  • Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory agencies by obtaining various consents
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • 1 year experience in scheduling and registration required
