Job Title: Business Development Director, Demand

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our demand partnerships team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with demand-side platforms (DSPs) and other demand partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities with DSPs and other demand partners
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our demand partnerships
  • Work closely with our leadership team to define and achieve revenue and business growth goals
  • Collaborate with our marketing organization to shape our go-to-market narrative and develop compelling sales materials
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including sales engineering and account management support
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in mobile, CTV, and in-app programmatic buying trends across the ad tech and digital ecosystem
  • Participate in industry events and contribute to our market presence
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in selling or closing new businesses in programmatic advertising
  • Experience selling CTV and mobile solutions to DSPs, agencies, and programmatic buyers
  • Existing relationships with mobile media companies at the VP sales level, VP/Director, Ad Ops, and comfort with running C-level conversations
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with internet advertising models, ad optimization, audience trends, and technologies
  • Self-motivated, independent, high-performing individual with the ability to learn and become productive extremely fast
  • Customer-centric, consultative sales professional who can quickly understand their target customers' market, business, and challenges
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Proven willingness and ability to prospect aggressively
  • Superb relationship-building skills that can develop credibility with executives and demonstrable business acumen
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • B.A or B.S is a must - MBA preferred

The OTE salary range for this position is USD 170k-235k per annum. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
